What will you get out of this course?

At the end of the course you will be able to walk into any location, recognise deer sign, and work out exactly how the deer are living and know where the deer are likely to be in the area.

Just as important, you will be shown the best ways to hunt deer from different scenarios and work the conditions to your advantage to give yourself the best chance of taking an unalarmed deer.

You will understand the mindset of the deer and how they live their daily lives and learn where hinds and stags typically locate themselves and why.

You will learn how to hunt and stalk deer and become one with the bush and the animals developing your hunting instincts.

You will now be able to provide yourself and your family with lean organic meat for the rest of your lives.

You will now be addicted to deer hunting!
What does the day course involve?
The first part of the day will have you sitting comfortably in a bungalow in the forest where you will receive a presentation teaching you all about finding deer and hunting them.
For the second part of the day we will venture into the nearby forest where you are able to put the deer locating techniques you have learnt into action. During this time you will also be taught how to use your senses to hunt and stalk deer successfully.
Structured for ANY AGE and ANY FITNESS, I can teach you how to hunt deer even if you can't walk much at all, it can be done.
After your booking you will be contacted by email and receive a full description of what to expect and what you will need to bring on the day.
The day course location will be sent to you, which is approximately 1.5 hours east of Melbourne.
There is usually only two people on any day course so you get the most from your day and full attention. If you would like a one on one only, or group session, or just you and your kids please contact me and I will see what I can do.

Hey mate, I went to ****** this weekend and saw a massive stag, I did what you said with the weather and he was right on the face there. I could not get a shot off but at least I know how to find him and think I'll get him soon. The course was great mate, really given Dave and I what we need to hunt these deer. Thanks heaps.

About The Course...
Courses may run longer or shorter depending on the day. We want to make sure you have understood everything before you leave. The one day course is the best knowledge and experience you can get towards your hunting future and is guaranteed to leave you inspired to hunt better and with the information you need to find and harvest this this beautiful food source. As said by previous clients "Well worth every cent".
Cancellation Policy
COVID-19 - If you cannot make the course date due to covid-19 please let me know and we can re-book you into another available date. You will not lose your money. If you need to postpone your booking please contact me asap, this must be done within 14 days of the course date. If you need to cancel it must be done at least 25 days before the course date for a full refund. If you need to cancel inside 25 days then you can re-book the course on another date or lose you funds. You may allow another person to go in your place if you cannot make it. Please note I will always try and help you get you booking achieved so you can make or move a course date. Don't stress, I'm very flexible, just contact me.
Liabilities.
Should it become necessary, Duncan Herbert, trading as Solo Sambar Hunter, reserves the right to amend, cancel or change any course dates and itinerary and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any detention, loss, delay, damage, sickness or injury incurred during the training course.
